Professional Competence of Vocational Teachers: a Conceptual Review

چکیده
Abstract In this article, the variety of interpretations concept professional competence with reference to vocational teachers is reviewed and discussed. Previous teacher research has been found focus on which competencies possess or should demonstrate, little placed how defined, leaving a gap related perceived constructed. Through conceptual analysis method (CAM), follows data collection process systematic literature review, researcher identifies attributes that are commonly shared as well neighboring concepts associated competence. Findings indicate only few studies detail solid definitions. Furthermore, there an agreement amongst researchers main competence, including situated developmental character its relationship action. regard use, distinct interrelationships between professionalism, performance qualification. Most definitions individual point no discussion takes place regarding at collective level. Because complex like one under study can lead confusion, it suggested their use be accompanied by various meanings.
